Policy

SteadyJoy Guided Tours run rain or shine. We make tour routes, timings, sights, activities and events adjustments as necessary. In the rare case of extreme weather, a tour will be cancelled. We contact you in those cases and work with you to change times and dates to your satisfaction. Tours are non-refundable. Date and time changes can be made in advance of tour, but SteadyJoy will determine the next available times and dates. If you do not show up for a tour, you may work with us to reschedule.

Payment:

Payment is by credit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer or check mailed and cleared at least 90 days in advance of tour start date. Your credit card will be charged the total amount of tours, events, tickets, products and services selected at time of booking. SteadyJoy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Checks must cover the total amount of tours, events, tickets, products and services selected at time of booking. Payment may be to SteadyJoy or to companies or concerns supplying services, events, tickets or products.

With prior arrangement, payment can be cash or business check on the first or only day of the tour.

Tour changes:

Tour routes, timings, sights, activities and events may be changed depending on local weather conditions, traffic, street blockages, transportation availability, closed areas and other conditions out of our control.

SteadyJoy responsibility:

SteadyJoy assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, public transportation stoppages or changes, bad conditions of roads and sidewalks, and any other conditions beyond control. Not responsible for loss or damage to property.

Prices:

The prices advertised are in US Dollars. For purchases, all applicable taxes and broker, handling and service fees are included.

SteadyJoy, Inc. its affiliates, tour operators and agents assume no responsibility for any sickness, theft, labor disputes, breakdowns, road closures, requests of Park or government agencies, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.

SteadyJoy, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or continue to accommodate any tour members at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants.

Suppliers are independent contractors who are not agents of SteadyJoy or its Affiliates. Products are provided subject to the terms of applicable tariffs, rules and regulations. SteadyJoy acts solely as the agent of the Supplier. Supplier and SteadyJoy assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier.
